The perfect thing for getting unstuck. Great for selecting paint colors, placing existing furniture, reviewing your selections or shopping together.
We’re also happy to be a second opinion. We can review other design plans, human- or AI-generated.
Rate:
$150 Flat Rate
Furnish a Room

Great for creating a new room design.
We will provide inspiration pictures, create 1 mood board, and give 2-3 furniture/decor options for each item in your budget range. We’ll provide the links for you to purchase. This includes 3 item revisions.
Rate Details:
Starting at $1,500. Once scope is defined, we can give accurate Flat Rate before work begins.
Renovate a Room

Best for Kitchen and Bathroom remodels.
We can help you select materials, fixtures and finishes. We’re happy to meet with your contractor to help figure out what is possible and to help relay the design plan. Includes up to 2 contractor meetings.
Rate Detail:
Starting at $1,500. Once scope is defined, we can give accurate Flat Rate before work begins.
Prepare for a Move

Whether you are downsizing or upsizing, moving is a lot of work.
We can help you look at what you have and make a plan for your new space. We can create a layout of where your furniture will go in your new space to help the movers know exactly where to place your furniture. If you need help selecting new furniture and decor, we can help with that too!

Starting at $1,500. Once scope is defined, we can give accurate Flat Rate before work begins.
Create a Budget

Having a good idea of what things cost will help you understand what is possible.
Take the guessing game out of your budget and let us help you create a line-item editable working document that will help you navigate your project decisions. without going over your budget.
We will give you a LOW and a HIGH estimate along with an ACTUAL tracker so you can manage your expenses in real time.
Rate Details:
$200 per room. $1,000 Flat Rate max.
2nd Home Set-up

Looking to completely outfit a home for either personal or rental use?
We have experience shopping for all the details that go into setting up a home. Secondary homes live a little differently than primary homes.
We can include those personal touches that help make it feel like a home away from home without feeling cluttered.

Once location is known and scope is defined, we can give accurate Flat Rate before work begins.
